In & Out Promptly

Great experience and super friendly staff. Stopped in for a COVID-19 test and they had me in and out promptly and provided many resources I could use to follow up. This is the way emergency rooms are supposed to run.

Good as New

To start I was in a bad way, had a glass shard cut deep into my toe. The glass was stuck beneath the skin. When I first called the receptionist listened to me and assured me that the doctor would be able to help me. Once I arrived the check-in was fast, once the nurse and doctor got to work on my toe it was a quick process to get me back on my feet and out the door on my way...good as new.

Took All the Safety Precautions

Went there because I had a real bad infection in my throat which meant I couldn’t talk at all so they were very patient with me & even read my little notebook with questions! They took very good care of me, the place is very clean & they took all the safety precautions needed! Recommend them very much! Thank you guys for making me comfortable

Short Wait Time & Appropriate Paperwork

We loved that there was a short wait time with appropriate paperwork. We are so thankful that they were able to get the treatment that kept us out of the MCH ER. Our doctor was very thorough and quickly gave his diagnosis. This ER is a very great addition to the Odessa medical team.

In and Out in 1 Hour

The staff is amazing and turned what was a scary situation into a compassionate and calm one. They treated my toddler and calmed us, her parents. They have a comforting kids/toddler room with Toy Story murals, toys, stickers, candy, and cartoons, so our little ones can have some sort of comfort in their distress. We were in and out in 1 hour, we also paid less than we would at other emergency facilities in Odessa. I'll be going for our follow up soon and it too was included in our price.

Savvy & Very Thorough

I went to two doctors before coming here and I know now to just come straight here next time. Previous doctors diagnosed me with “allergy cough” after 3 weeks of the worst “allergies” I decided to come here. Right away they were very attentive. The receptionist was very nice and professional, to begin with. She was very patient despite the time on the visit (10 PM almost 11). The nurse was very informative and thorough with the process of the visit. The doctor was very savvy and also very thorough. Unlike the previous doctors I went to see, he took my case seriously! Turns out my allergy cough is actually not allergies. Go figure.

I’ve visited this location multiple times for a few different reasons, always something including being in a good amount of pain. They’ve always taken my concerns seriously and have treated me thoroughly. The doctors and the nursing staff have always been nothing but kind and helpful. Friendly & Knowledgeable

This is the first Urgent Care that I have ever been in. It was better than any hospital ER! The staff from receptionist to Dr. were very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was very clean and neat. As far as I am concerned they exceed their mission statement.
